Park Place installed a beautiful new roof with architectural shingles for us in Broomes Island! They were courteous, reasonably priced and provided a high-quality product! However, what I liked most about them, was their communication throughout the entire process. We were never left guessing at when they would start or complete the job. Top notch company! 💗

Where do I begin! Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. Our DIY pantry renovation project became too much for my husband and I, so I called Park place after hearing through the grapevine how amazing their work is. Albert was so kind about it,and listened to exactly what we wanted. Next thing I know his team took over and brought our vision to life, plus some (they also fixed our mistakes🤣) ! This is not the kind of company who cuts corners. They take pride in their work and it shows! And shout out to Erica for keeping us informed throughout the whole project. She has been amazing!

Park Place was wonderful to work with to build our in-law suite. They worked diligently with Calvert County for over a year and a half to adapt and obtain the necessary permits. Albert, the project manager, and Erica, the office manager, kept us updated with constant communication. The workmanship was beautiful and all contractors were easy to work with. We love our new home!

We live in Woodland Acres and needed a new roof bad. Went with Park Place and it was a good call. They came out quick for the estimate. Picked the higher quality shingles that were still affordable.
Crew was professional showed up on time worked fast and kept everything clean. Job is done in a few days and the roof looks great, solid and clean lines.
If your looking for a roofing company around here Id go with Park Place again. Fair price good work

I needed an emergency addition to my home to accommodate my elderly father . Although being a contractor, I do not do this type of work however I know what it takes to provide the quality workmanship that was needed. Albert and his team at Park Place provided the service that I strive to provide to my clients

I am so impressed by the professionalism and craftsmanship Chris and his crew provided for the couple of projects we have now completed. I had them install a copper awning- came out amazing! They replaced several doors for me and did an outstanding job. I was blown away by their ability to blend the new door frame with my existing siding. Easy to work with, on time, friendly, courteous and highly skilled staff. Highly recommend!!

Park Place installed a new picture window in my living room. They did an excellent job from start to finish. It was clear from the outset that Albert (the boss) was experienced, honest and just plain knowledgeable of all that needed to be done. I was kept up to date on what to expect and when. Erika was very helpful in this aspect as well. In short, my experience was nothing but a positive one. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Thanks to the entire team! Oh...the window looks great too!

The team came in and replaced a porch post for me and made repairs from a leaking window. The were prompt and professional. They made sure to protect my space prior to doing the work and gave updates during the process. I’ve used Park Place previously for replacing a deck, they always do a great job.

I am so impressed with Park Place Construction. The customer service is impeccable. Erica is such an incredible ambassador for Park Place. She is so pleasant, very prompt in responding to
inquiries and professional. We had a potential leak in our garage, and I contacted Erica on 7/30/25 and she had two roofers come out the next day to take a look at the problem. Highly recommend this company!
