My wife and I had a great experience working with Albert and crew. The price was fair and the work top quality. We had two walls removed in order to open up our living area and had a small wall built to add to the overall flow of the home. Albert was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was always prompt when visiting for planning and estimates. Erica was always friendly to communicate with either by phone or email. Randy was the main worker I and he was very friendly and considerate of our home. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and treated our home as their own. Bob was the electrician who was very knowledgeable of his field and made all my ideas work. Overall the entire experience was great. Albert would periodically stop by to check on progress and provide updates. (And show off his truck 😉 )

Recently, Park place replaced three exterior doors and all the shutters in our house and they did a fantastic job with fair cost, on-time and quality work. Park Place Construction was a great team to work with from start to finish. The quality of their work was exceptional. They worked with me during the project to make minor changes that did not blow the budget. They also made recommendations to the project that I really appreciated. I continue to get compliments on the project from my neighbors.
Albert and his team helped us with a major addition. We had two bedrooms and a bathroom added to the 2nd story of our house. Albert was very professional and great with keeping us involved. His rates are extremely fair and he is incredibly honest. He even was able to complete the small designs that my wife continually came up with during the process and never once fought us on the design. His team is respectful and cleaned up after every phase was complete. Erica handles the appointments and books and is incredibly helpful and a great communicator. I cannot recommend Park Place enough. They will be our people for every small and major project we have from this point on. Albert and Erica were fantastic to work with and we highly recommend Park Place Construction, especially if you have a unique project! We contracted Park Place to build a detached garage with a rooftop deck and they did it all, completely turn key, met/exceeded all expectations (see photos)! We contacted 12 builders, received responses from 7, of those, 3 submitted quotes and Albert by far had the best proposal and came with the best references. He was not the cheapest, but was the most detailed and patient answering all our questions, plus his references all took our calls and were extremely positive and helpful, let us swing by to see the work Albert had done for them and that’s what helped us choose Albert and Park Place. They took care of all the permits and Albert was on site each time while Erica kept us updated every Friday on what was happening plus the schedule for the next week. The true selling point was when things did not go to plan with permits, weather, or sub-contractors, Albert made sure to make everything right at no additional cost to us. He is someone you can trust to get the job done right, calmly, in a professional manner, no matter what happens (Covid and supply chain delays didn’t phase him). We are so happy we chose Park Place and plan to use them in the future on our deck and rear house renovation projects. If you want a turn key project with low stress, we highly recommend the team at Park Place!
We originally had a different contractor assigned to our job (2 story addition)but once we had water issues from a door installed, we went back to interviewing other companies. Park place was recommended on a FB page and a friend. We called them up and immediately had good feelings. They were reasonably priced and didn’t feel like we were being raked over the coals, they were highly professional, always on time, very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Their work was was far better than we ever expected. Albert was always popping in during the work to make sure things were running smoothly. Doing a big project in your home is stressful but w Albert and his crew, it was a nice feeling knowing they were honest and doing the job correctly that you didn’t feel like you had to hover over them. We had confidence in them and that’s extremely hard to find good honest companies these days and their work speaks for themselves. We were worried that we’d be surprised w additional costs as you always see on the home improvement shows and not once did that happen. Now that our project is completed , my husband literally stares at his new office in awe and I’m sort of sad to not see their faces everyday as they almost became a member of our family 😂

Albert and Erica are great! Very responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our thoughts. We had our siding replaced with cedar shakes and vinyl, multiple windows replaced and new ones added, had an entry mudroom/enclosed porch addition done with tile work and skylights. New electrical added and updated. Also replaced our roof and gutters. The exterior of our house looks completely different and is amazing. The new entry is *chef's kiss.*
